Game Recap

The LaRue County Hawks football team ran their record to 4-0 last night with an exciting 21-19 win over Taylor County. The Hawks were up 21-6 midway through the third quarter when Taylor County scored and made it 21-13 going into the 4th.

Taylor County tacked on another score in the fourth quarter, but the Hawks came up big preventing the Cards to score the 2-point conversion. Several big plays took place in the last quarter, but none bigger when senior Shane King prevented TC in getting a critical first down with 2 minutes left to play.

The Hawks will play district opponent Hart County next Friday night in Munfordville. Game time is 8:00 EST
